Description: |
CR C30-7 6604 leads SD40-2 6485, and an unidentified unit, through the small PA town of Spruce Creek on the former PRR main line in November, 1980. Conrail senior management requested a series of tests be performed between the C30-7 and SD40-2 to determine the efficiency of the C30-7.
